We understand that plans change. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Communication is provided through scheduled Q&A sessions and during the newborn education course content. Registry consultation support is also included as part of the service experience. For general questions, email communication is available and may be used for non-urgent inquiries. This service is not intended for urgent or emergency medical concerns.
